Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) located in Miami, FL. The CPA will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex individual and business tax returns, managing international tax compliance matters, and supporting cross-border tax planning projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations, including foreign reporting requirements and international tax structures. Responsibilities include preparation and review of Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 3520, 3520-A, FBARs, FATCA reporting, and analysis involving GILTI, Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credits, and PFIC-related matters.

The CPA will also participate in client advisory services, strategic tax planning, financial analysis, and support high-net-worth individuals and businesses with domestic and international operations.

Qualification

* Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license require

d* Strong experience in U.S. Tax Preparation and International Tax Complianc

e* Knowledge of Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 3520/3520-A, 8938, and FBAR reportin

g* Understanding of GILTI, Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credits, PFIC concepts, and cross-border tax structure

s* Experience preparing and reviewing complex individual and business tax return

s* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skill

s* Ability to manage complex international tax matters and communicate directly with client

s* Fluent English and Spanish require

d* Portuguese is a strong plu

s* Experience with tax software such as UltraTax, ProConnect, Drake, or similar platforms preferre

d* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fiel

d* Previous experience in public accounting or international tax advisory preferre
