JOB PURPOSE
The Corporate Warehouse Stock Associate supports the efficient management of sample inventory within the corporate environment. This role ensures accuracy, organization, and seamless movement of product across departments, maintaining the highest standards aligned with Prada Group operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify quantities, styles, sizes, and conditions of incoming samples against packing lists and shipping documentation
Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and categorization of all samples in accordance with internal standards
Accurately receive, log, and track all inbound and outbound shipments within internal systems
Partner with the Manager to conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, missing samples, and reporting issues in a timely manner
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient stockroom layout to support quick and accurate sample retrieval
Coordinate sample movement between departments, including merchandising, PR, marketing, and retail teams
Prepare and process outbound shipments, including transfers, returns, and special requests
Track sample allocations, usage, and returns to ensure visibility and accountability across teams
Support showroom setup, sample pulls, and breakdowns for internal meetings, market appointments, and events
Assist with seasonal transitions, archive management, and sample lifecycle tracking
Ensure compliance with company procedures, shipping protocols, and inventory control standards
Identify opportunities to improve stockroom processes, organization, and efficiency
Assist with major projects, audits, and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Provide general operational support to the corporate office as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1–3 years of experience in stockroom, inventory, or operations within luxury retail or a corporate fashion environment
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in inventory handling
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, PLM, or similar) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to problem-solve and proactively address discrepancies or operational issues
Comfortable handling high-value luxury product with care and discretion
Ability to lift and move boxes (up to ~30 lbs) and perform physical stockroom tasks as needed

This position will be paid an hourly rate that may range from $20.00 to $22.00, annualized from $41,600 to $45,760, and, if applicable, may be eligible for commissions, bonuses, and other incentive opportunities. The pay rate offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
