Take ownership of a ground-up project and help shape the next phase of a long-established New Jersey builder and developer.

A well-established construction and development business based in Northeast NJ with more than 40 years of experience is looking for a Project Manager to lead a $15M, 3-story, 40,000 SF ground-up commercial project in Paterson, NJ.

This is an opportunity to join a stable business that has successfully delivered multi-family residential, commercial, and senior living projects both as a General Contractor and Developer. You will step into a role with real autonomy, direct project ownership, and a future pipeline increasingly focused on multifamily work.

If you're looking for a seat at the table rather than a role where you're managing one small piece of a project, this offers the chance to lead from preconstruction through delivery while working closely with decision-makers.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a $15M ground-up commercial project
• Driving schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and project execution
• Managing consultants, field teams, and key stakeholders
• Identifying risks early and keeping projects moving forward
• Maintaining strong communication across all project teams
• Playing a key role in future projects within an expanding pipeline

What you'll bring:

• Experience leading at least one ground-up construction project as the Project Manager
• A technical degree is strongly preferred, ideally Civil Engineering or related field
• Additional multifamily experience would be highly advantageous as future pipeline includes this project type
