Clinical Trials Support | East Coast Field Coverage

I’m partnered with a venture-backed cardiovascular device company expanding its clinical field team to support an investigational hemodynamic support technology in a U.S. trial setting.

This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on physician training, procedural case support, and helping clinical sites execute consistently as trial activity expands.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on cath lab / procedural support during investigational device cases.
• Train and onboard physicians, coordinators, and site teams on case workflow and device use.
• Support site readiness, enrollment execution, and consistent trial execution across active centers.
• Act as the field link between physicians, clinical operations, engineering, and leadership.
• Capture field feedback and help internal teams improve training, workflow, and execution.

Ideal background

• 4+ years supporting cardiovascular, interventional, or hemodynamic support technologies.
• Experience in cath lab, interventional cardiology, MCS, pump, or high-acuity procedural environments.
• Strong comfort working directly with physicians during live cases.
• Clinical trial or investigational device experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.
• Collaborative, polished, and relationship-driven.

Comp: Base + bonus + equity.
