Chief Financial Officer

Location: Atlanta Suburbs

CFO candidate in a lower middle market PE backed industrial services platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA

strongly preferred.

• Minimum of ten years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior level responsibility.

• Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a private equity–backed platform

company strongly preferred.

• Experience in a project-based services business is highly desirable.

• Proven M&A experience, including due diligence, integration, and post-close

performance management.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, working capital management, and ROIbased management of capital expenditures.

• Experience building scalable financial systems.

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, change-oriented environments with high

performance expectations.
