Desired Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a rare blend of scientific depth and commercial acumen, characterised by:

• An advanced degree (PhD or MD) coupled with a distinguished tenure in biotech or pharmaceutical leadership.
• A proven history of navigating Molecular Glue or TPD candidates through the intricacies of the discovery-to-clinic pipeline.
• A robust network within the global investment community and a track record of successful liquidity events or substantial capital raises.
• Deep expertise in Oncology, Immunology, or related therapeutic areas where advanced platforms are currently redefining the standard of care.
