Change Management Consultant

We’re seeking a Training & Change Management Lead to support a large-scale transformation program. This role will focus on translating change impacts into training strategies, materials, and engagement plans to drive successful adoption.

• Pay Rate Range: $65-70/HR on W2 (NO C2C)
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead training efforts for a major change initiative
• Develop training materials (VILT, FAQs, presentations)
• Translate change impacts into actionable training plans
• Conduct readiness assessments and support leadership through change
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and content approvals
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in change management, training, or organizational development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through
