Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a supportive care team in the Fremont, CA area. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a steady Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
The COTA will work under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve daily living skills, regain independence, and reach their highest level of function in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist patients with improving daily living skills, mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
Follow individualized treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Communicate patient updates with the supervising OT and care team
Support patients with safe and effective therapeutic activities
Follow facility, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary care team
License and Certification Requirements
Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license required
NBCOT COTA certification required
CPR/BLS certification required
Must be able to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Compensation and Schedule
$44–$49 per hour
35 hours per week
Monday–Friday
No weekends
Permanent full-time position
