An entrepreneurial and rapidly growing investment firm is seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the face of the office and help foster a welcoming, professional environment for clients, investors, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being a true culture carrier within a collaborative office and is excited to grow alongside a dynamic firm.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day front desk operations and maintain a polished, welcoming reception area
Greet visitors, clients, investors, and portfolio company partners with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, catering, and upkeep
Partner closely with the administrative team on guest arrivals and front-of-house logistics
Support the Office Manager with daily office operations and administrative projects
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, messenger services, and deliveries
Maintain office, kitchen, and supply inventory; coordinate vendor orders through Staples, Amazon, FreshDirect, etc.
Coordinate reception-related services including floral deliveries, daily lunches, and catering
Liaise with building management and facilities regarding maintenance requests and office needs
Provide light administrative support including calendar coordination, expense processing, document preparation, and data entry
Manage visitor records and building security system entries
Assist with planning team events, volunteer days, holiday parties, and other internal initiatives
Take on additional operational and administrative responsibilities over time
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative role
Open to candidates from hospitality, corporate, professional services, or investment environments
Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
Warm, reliable, proactive, and highly professional demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Interest in building longevity within the role and firm
