Gifted education typically means a marginally more challenging worksheet. You understand this. You experienced it yourself. You've witnessed what these students achieve when someone declines to honor the conventional limits. This role exists to accelerate gifted K-12 learners through high school completion 5-10x faster than traditional timelines, while simultaneously cultivating emotional intelligence and life competencies most adults never acquire. Academic content is delivered via adaptive software managed by the school. Your responsibility encompasses everything technology cannot: coaching students past internal resistance, facilitating mastery-based life skill workshops, and maintaining a performance threshold where 90% satisfaction and 100% goal completion represent baseline expectations, not aspirational targets.
The role divides most days between two core functions. First: structured, one-hour life skill workshops addressing public speaking, sustained focus, and feedback exchange — delivered through hands-on application and validated by mastery assessments students must pass before progression. Second: individualized motivation sessions analyzing Coachbot data, aligning with each student's stated objectives, and deploying developmentally appropriate motivation systems (campus currency, competitive rankings) to navigate periods when students prefer to disengage. Both functions are quantitatively measured. Your coaching effectiveness is reflected in satisfaction metrics and software progression velocity — not content volume delivered.
Career progression is transparent. High performers advance to senior coaching positions, leading teams while maintaining direct student coaching responsibilities. Coaches who demonstrate scalable impact become Campus Leads, assuming ownership of complete campus operations, family partnerships, and site-level performance. This operates as a merit-based advancement system. Your professional ceiling is determined exclusively by your measurable results.
If your goal is to enable a student to complete high school by eighth grade while mastering time management, processing critical feedback constructively, and presenting with confidence, submit your application. If you require traditional lecture formats and fixed curricula to operate effectively, this is not the right opportunity.
What You Will Be Doing
Facilitating one-hour life skill workshops addressing subjects including public speaking, sustained attention, and feedback dynamics — structured as hands-on, project-oriented sessions concluded with mastery assessments (Test2Pass) that students must clear before advancing
Conducting daily motivation sessions that involve analyzing Coachbot performance data, aligning coaching to each student's individual objectives, and applying age-appropriate motivational systems to overcome resistance and achieve weekly progression benchmarks
Customizing your coaching methodology through generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to tailor session delivery based on individual student characteristics and learning behaviors
Preparing for each session by reviewing curriculum materials and lesson frameworks to ensure delivery is both engaging and aligned with established playbooks, consistently earning strong student ratings
Monitoring satisfaction data and app progression indicators, then modifying your coaching tactics when metrics reveal stagnation in student advancement or engagement levels
What You Won’t Be Doing
Teaching academic subjects, providing tutoring, or clarifying curriculum — students advance through independent app-based learning; you provide coaching and motivational support, not direct instruction
Experiencing pressure to advance students who haven't shown mastery: performance standards remain fixed irrespective of proximity to passing
Addressing classroom management issues: you're working with gifted, self-motivated students; behavioral disruption is not the central challenge
Creating curriculum or lesson plans independently: established frameworks and playbooks are provided; your responsibility is high-fidelity execution, not curriculum design
Handling paper grading, processing administrative documentation, or participating in meetings disconnected from direct student outcomes
