- Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up to ensure inquiries are resolved
- Adhere to client service level agreements (SLAs) and consistently meet production targets
- Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve inquiries and cross-train new resources
- Recommend changes to procedures and workflow to improve efficiency in processing client inquiries
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in any industry
- Proficiency in help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve inquiries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for professional responses to inquiries
- Ability to work as part of a team and identify the right stakeholders to consult for issue resolution
- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume inquiries efficiently
- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
