Business Analyst – Stamford, CT - 4 roles, Onsite 4 days a week,

former Cox BA's required

Note: NO H1B, EAD Visa

Key Responsibilities

  

  •   Develop process flows using Visio or Lucidchart.

  

  •   Work within Jira and Confluence for documentation, requirements, and workflow tracking.

  

  •   Perform operational analysis across different business units to identify issues, gather requirements, and translate needs into technical solutions.

  

  •   Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  

  •   Engage with executive-level stakeholders — strong presentation and communication skills are critical.

Skills & Experience

  

  •   Prior BA experience with Cox Communications is highly preferred.

  

  •   Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management abilities.

  

  •   Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.

  

  •   Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership.
