Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce. The role focuses on improving customer relationship management processes and supporting CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for CRM and Salesforce systems
• Analyze sales, service, and marketing processes
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Work with developers and administrators
• Support testing, deployment, and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Admin preferred)
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Knowledge of APIs and integrations
