Role Description

The Assistant Manager at Sephora will play a critical role in driving the success of the store. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Greater Pittsburgh Region, focuses on leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and operational excellence. Responsibilities include motivating team members, managing daily operations, maintaining organizational standards, and supporting the growth of sales through strategic initiatives. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with store leadership to meet business goals and ensure every client interaction aligns with Sephora’s values and vision.

• Experience in team leadership, staff management, and mentorship to drive employee performance and development.
• Operational skills, including inventory management, scheduling, and executing store standards and procedures.
• Passion for customer service, ability to create exceptional in-store experiences, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends, product expertise, and enthusiasm for Sephora’s diverse product offerings.
• Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and commitment to achieving sales and operational goals.
• Proficiency with technology and software used in retail operations, such as point-of-sale systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or the beauty industry is strongly preferred.
