The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing the full Accounts Payable function across a complex, multi-brand organization.

You’ll be stepping in to:

• Own end-to-end AP operations (invoice → payment) across multiple entities
• Lead and develop onshore (3) + offshore teams (2)
• Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, treasury, and leadership
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Support month-end close, accruals, reporting, and analytics

This isn’t just oversight—you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and elevate the entire function.

Who They’re Looking For

• 8+ years of accounting experience with deep AP expertise
• Proven leadership of AP teams (onshore/offshore)
• Experience in shared services or multi-entity environments
• Strong background in process improvement + automation
• Advanced Excel skills (you actually use it, not just list it)
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, PE-backed environments
