Base Salary Range: $69,000- $117,000 annually – New York City locations only
The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in New York City only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.

Responsibilities
- Assisting on full life cycle projects
- Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
- Translating concepts and information into images
- Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
- Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
- Coordinating with a variety of consultants
- This role is an in-office position
- Education : Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
- Certification : Professional registration or anticipation of registration
- Experience : 1+ years of experience required (in commercial architecture preferred)
- Technology : Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
- Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required
- Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
- Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
- Confident presentation ability
