AI Architect

We are looking for an AI Architect GenAI to define design and implement enterprise grade Generative AI solutions The role focuses on GenAI strategy RAG based architecture automation enablement and integration within P and C Insurance and Guidewire ecosystems ensuring secure scalable and cost effective AI adoption

Domain Experience

P and C Insurance mandatory or strong preference

Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise scale GenAI architecture and strategy

Design and develop RAG Retrieval Augmented Generation based AI solutions

Build scalable and secure AI driven applications and automation frameworks

Work closely with business stakeholders architects and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities

Integrate AI solutions within Guidewire ecosystems including PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter

Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM based applications

Design and implement REST API based integrations for AI services

Ensure scalability reliability and performance of AI platforms on AWS cloud

Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI CD automation and deployment processes

Develop reusable modular and object oriented AI components and frameworks

Support testing validation and performance benchmarking using Postman Newman and JMeter

Ensure governance security and compliance standards for enterprise AI adoption

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with Generative AI and enterprise AI architecture

Hands on experience with LLMs such as GPT Claude and similar models

Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and RAG architectures

Experience with Python programming and REST APIs

Strong understanding of Data Structures Algorithms OOP and modular design principles

Experience with AWS cloud services and AI deployment models

Hands on experience with GitHub version control and CI CD pipelines

Experience with testing tools such as Postman Newman and JMeter

Knowledge of AI automation frameworks and enterprise integrations

Preferred Skills

Experience in P and C Insurance domain

Strong Guidewire experience including PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter

Exposure to enterprise AI governance and security frameworks

Experience Required

10 plus years of overall IT experience

Strong experience in AI ML and GenAI solution architecture

Hands on experience designing and deploying enterprise grade AI platforms
