Job Description:
Manage a high volume of background check (BGC) inquiries by providing status updates and resolving issues through internal systems and email communication. Process BGC overrides, including duplicate profiles, temporary license issues, and other edge-case escalations, while investigating and clearing Driver ID holds by validating flagged documentation such as photos and licenses. Support driver access issues within Relay by troubleshooting and escalating as needed, and handle MCS tractor handoff escalations to ensure smooth transitions. Execute repetitive, SOP-driven administrative tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency, while running and monitoring background checks for driver partners and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance across all workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in an administrative or operations support role in a high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes (SOPs).
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
Strong Excel skills (basic pivot tables, data tracking, reporting)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, especially with external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Experience supporting logistics, driver operations, or compliance-related processes
