Accounts Payable Specialist

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you are responsible for processing a high volume of invoices and expense reports while ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and Associates. In this role, you will work closely with restaurant operations management, vendors, and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues while maintaining accurate financial records. This role also supports period-end reporting, utility account management, and expense auditing to help ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is a Support Team role based out of our Corporate Office in Norcross, GA in the metro Atlanta area. Our Corporate Office Support Team consists of 300+ Associates who are committed to supporting our Operations Team as they proudly serve and create memorable experiences for our customers. What you'll do:

• Process a high volume of utility invoices, vendor invoices, and expense reports daily
• Work with restaurant operations management to ensure invoices are approved, coded correctly, and paid on time
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues with vendors, utility companies, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate invoice records and supporting documentation using the company’s document management system
• Assist with period-end reporting, utility reviews, journal entries, and other accounts payable functions

Experience/Educational Requirements:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and accounting systems preferred
