Accounting Manager - Work from home 3 days per week!

What you’ll be involved in:

• Lead and support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting support
• Assist with consolidations and multi-entity accounting across domestic and international entities
• Support intercompany accounting, eliminations, foreign entity reporting, and related consolidation requirements
• Help support international accounting considerations following a recent acquisition, including coordination with global teams and integration of accounting processes
• Assist with revenue recognition, including percentage-of-completion accounting
• Partner with finance, operations, and project teams to understand project performance, revenue timing, contract terms, and appropriate accounting treatment
• Support audit requests, internal reporting, process improvements, and ad hoc accounting/finance projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting background is a plus, but not required
• Experience as a Lead Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Assistant Controller
• Experience supporting international accounting matters, including multi-entity accounting, consolidations, intercompany activity, foreign subsidiary reporting, and/or global accounting operations
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
• Must currently be based in Atlanta — out-of-state candidates will not be considered

Compensation/Benefits:

• Base salary up to $140,000 plus bonus
• Work from home 3 days per week
