About The Role
In this position, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by navigating customer renewals, securing upsells and expansions, and fostering strong relationships with our key accounts. You'll be responsible for developing strategic plans to maximize customer lifetime value and delivering accurate forecasts to support our business goals.
What You'll Do
Finch’s compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We want all full-time employees to be invested in Finch and to be able to take advantage of that investment, so our equity grants include a 10-year exercise window.
We also offer exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commission plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission) range for this role is: $145,000 - $154,000.
Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.

About The Role
In this position, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by navigating customer renewals, securing upsells and expansions, and fostering strong relationships with our key accounts. You'll be responsible for developing strategic plans to maximize customer lifetime value and delivering accurate forecasts to support our business goals.
What You'll Do
- Renewal Champion: Drive successful contract renewals for the accounts you’re entrusted with, ensuring long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
- Expansion Expert: Develop and execute strategies to promote growth opportunities within your customer base, increasing their overall value to Finch.
- Strategic Execution: Partner with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies, identifying and maximizing growth potential.
- Forecasting Authority: Create accurate and timely renewal and expansion forecasts to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
- Communication Champion: Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leadership, providing timely updates and escalations regarding customer relationships and account activity. This includes surfacing win-loss analysis and recommendations on key opportunities.
- Relationship Builder: Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for and extension of their business.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B account management or similar sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to identify and articulate value propositions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
