Job Description
Position: National Account Executive
Location: Andover, MA (on-site Monday-Friday)
Pay: base salary + uncapped commission potential

What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
- Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
- Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
- Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
- Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
- Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Effectively negotiate pay rates
- Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups.
- The ideal candidate will have experience closing deals of various sizes with diverse clients.
