From restaurant manager, foodservice director, DSR, manufacturers rep, consultant, and every other job in between, the foodservice and hospitality industry has many layers. It was an absolute pleasure to have our very own Maureen Slocum walk several students from the University of Missouri-Columbia Hospitality Management Program through the many layers of our industry and about the importance of Foodservice Equipment & Supplies magazine and restaurant development + design magazine in that space. Thank you to Alan Petersen and Amanda Alexander for bringing these fine students to Chicago to experience the National Restaurant Association Show and for the opportunity to speak with them.
