About us
At Zevia, we get up every day to create a world of better-for-you flavor — better for people and better for the planet. We're cleaning up the beverage aisle with accessible, naturally sweetened, zero-sugar deliciousness – and you won't find a single plastic bottle in sight. Passion, openness, gratitude, accessibility, humanism, humility, and scrappiness – these are the values that drive us. We're not afraid to go against the grain because we're determined to change the beverage world for good. We're a diverse bunch, each with their own unique strengths and a shared passion for our cause, and we aim for our organization to reflect the communities we serve. Our people-centric culture is all about building an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone is valued, empowered, and contributing. We believe in continuous improvement, striving to become an organization with a high-performing culture. And here's something special – every full-time team member is an owner, which means we're all invested in making a positive impact together. Driven by the belief that what we're doing is vital, we work hard. But don't think it's all work and no play – we're having a blast on this journey, and we wouldn't have it any other way!

In a world where fake is the new norm, real stands out. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Cardi B, one of today’s most influential cultural voices and a true embodiment of radical realness. Her bold, unfiltered authenticity makes her a natural partner as we continue to bring better‑for‑you soda to the mainstream. Together, we’re focused on scale: reaching more people, driving trial, and helping people enjoy soda as a real treat again with great taste, zero sugar, zero fake ingredients, and no compromises. The partnership kicks off with Zevia as a sponsor of Cardi’s Little Miss Drama arena tour, including the brand even showing up on stage. And this is just the start. More to come as Cardi B and Zevia build something big together.

With Real Soda for Real Humans, we built a brand platform designed to scale across media, social, digital, and real‑world experiences. We launched the idea through video then brought it to life at SXSW with an interactive “Prove You’re Human” experience combining sampling, data capture, coupons, and influencer amplification to drive immediate retail trial. That same experience was extended digitally, allowing us to scale engagement and consideration beyond the event. At every touchpoint we proved the same belief: real ingredients, great taste, and zero artificial anything. This is how we’re approaching growth: a clear point of view, consistent execution, and brand ideas designed to move people from awareness to the shelf.

Real humans deserve real soda. Robots deserve, well, that other chemical cola. 🤖🥤 With our new campaign ‘Real Soda for Real Humans,’ Zevia is doubling down on what sets us apart: real ingredients, really delicious, and absolutely zero fake stuff. In a world leaning hard into artificial everything, we’re proudly going the other way: no artificial intelligence, no artificial ingredients. This campaign brings our positioning to life in a bold, unmistakable way designed to cut through culture and drive trial at the shelf. It's soda so good, it’s for humans only.* *No robots were harmed in the making of this commercial.

This past month, Zevia invited people to detox from artificial soda with one simple swap: choose a zero‑artificial, better‑for‑you Zevia instead. A Ztox, if you will. To get the Ztox in motion, we rolled out a month‑long campaign featuring influencer partnerships, an immersive activation at Diplo's Run Club in Phoenix, sampling at events like the Life Time Inc. Miami Marathon & Half, and a bold out‑of‑home takeover across Atlanta — including a fully branded, attention‑grabbing trash truck and high‑impact street‑level placements — all delivering one unmistakable invitation: Quit garbage soda. Drink zero‑artificial Zevia. Our goal is simple: enable people to experience the job of great-tasting soda while leaving artificial ingredients behind. If you want big flavor without the fake stuff, Zevia is here for your January reset — and beyond.

Our CEO, Amy Taylor, joined Ray Latif on BevNET’s Taste Radio to talk through Zevia’s journey as a challenger brand and the evolution of the better-for-you beverage category. The conversation explored shifting consumer expectations, key retail partnerships, and how initiatives like our Ztox campaign reflect Zevia’s long-standing mission to push back against the artificial at a moment when conversations around what’s “real” feel more relevant than ever.
After years of building credibility with a core consumer, Zevia is leaning into scale – and confronting what it takes to turn a purpose-driven brand into a durable CPG business. CEO Amy Taylor breaks down the executional shifts across product, pricing and packaging that are helping Zevia compete more effectively in mainstream retail and position the brand for sustainable, long-term growth.
