Looking for engineers who go deep on hard problems, think in systems, care about engineering quality, ask “what happens when this fails?”, and have seen enough scale to know why reliability and good abstractions matter. The people who tend to do well here usually come from high-ownership environments where they’ve had to debug real production issues, make architectural tradeoffs, and operate without perfect structure around them.
