🚀📈 XSITEing News!🚨 XSITE is proud to share that we have been awarded a new $400,000+ IWRP prototype effort supporting AI-enabled model-based systems engineering workflows. The Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) is a Navy and Marine Corps-focused OTA consortium that brings together industry and academia to develop and mature information warfare technologies, with focus areas that include AI/ML, cyber, cloud, data analytics, battlespace awareness, and MBSE.  For XSITE, this award reflects the kind of mission-oriented work we care deeply about: applying practical engineering, software, and AI capabilities to complex operational challenges.  We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute, excited to keep building alongside government and industry partners, and always looking to connect with teammates who want to work on meaningful national security problems. #XSITEingInnovation #XSITE #DoD #MBSE #SystemsEngineering #SoftwareEngineering

Elena recently joined the XSITE team, taking a Knowledge Management position after taking an early retirement from Dept of the Navy (DoN) as a civilian. She brings a variety of experience from different fields from her years with the DoN. From Contracts, Developmental Application Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Configuration Management, and Process Improvement. Her passion and eagerness to learn and share her talents will make her a valuable addition to the team at XSITE. Outside of work, she loves playing golf, traveling, watching the San Diego Padres play and hanging out by the pool soaking in the sunshine with her husband! She also loves going to Sun Valley Community Church and meeting with her church group to discuss the previous week’s sermon.
