The morning began with a timely Tax Update presented by Israel Tannenbaum, highlighting the new IRS plans to revise Form 990. The afternoon concluded with an engaging and insightful panel, moderated by Brad Caruso and featuring Jeffrey Klein from The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center, Alik Hinckson (he/him) from Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and McGregor Smyth from New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, discussing the current state of the industry and how they are navigating new trends in philanthropy.
