Located in the heart of Uptown Dallas at 23Springs, Little Ruby’s brings its signature all-day energy and neighborhood-driven approach to one of the city’s most dynamic communities. The launch was celebrated with a special opening event on Saturday, January 31st, in partnership with OpenTable and Uber Eats, alongside industry partners, collaborators, and the local community.
