Washington State is committed to helping military spouses build strong, stable careers — without having to start over every time their family relocates. Military spouses bring talent, resilience, and public‑service values to our workforce. State agencies are improving how we identify and support military spouses in hiring, and our Veterans Employee Resource Group provides mentorship, resources, and community for military‑connected employees. As part of the national Military Spouse Transition Network, we partner with other states to help state‑employed military spouses continue their careers when reassigned. Whether you’re transferring into Washington or moving to another member state, we’re here to help you stay connected to meaningful public service roles. https://lnkd.in/gKjyNbbr Washington is proud to support those who serve — and the families who serve alongside them. #MilSpouse #WorkThatMatters #InclusionWorks #NowHiring WA State Department of Social and Health Services is hiring! Leading people, managing resources, planning under pressure — these are skills every employer needs. Your experience is already relevant. Most people struggle to explain the value they bring to work. A simple shift helps: start with the problems you solve, the change you create, and how you do it. When people can see the before‑and‑after of your work, your value becomes clear. #JobSearch #WorkThatMatters #InclusionWorks #NowHiring #SkillsBasedHiring WA State Department of Social and Health Services is hiring!
