This #UrgentCareAwarenessMonth, we’re celebrating the people who bring Jovive Urgent Care to life. Jovive Health was created around a simple idea: care should be easier to access, more personal, and more connected to the people and communities we serve. From helping patients get in and out quickly to taking the time to listen, educate, and partner with each person, Jovive teams are making urgent care feel more human. As one of Vituity’s consumer specialties, Jovive reflects our shared commitment to improving lives by expanding access to compassionate, physician-led care that meets patients where they are. Thank you to the dedicated Jovive clinicians and care teams who show up every day with empathy, expertise, and a passion for better care. #ImprovingLives #UrgentCare

You spend years learning how to care for patients, but figuring out your first job after training can come with a completely different set of questions. "What should I ask in interviews?" "How do finances and the day-to-day fit into the bigger picture?" Sometimes the most helpful answers come from people who were asking the same thing not long ago. SHIFT gives early-career APPs and residents the chance to ask the questions that don’t always get addressed during training and better understand different practice environments. PA student Paris Rodgers shares her thoughts on hearing real experiences and gaining a better understanding of what to consider when planning the next step after training. This #AANHPIHeritageMonth, we’re celebrating the voices and values that shape our communities. From leading with humility and consistency to creating spaces where everyone feels included, our Vitans shared the cultural wisdom they carry with them every day in their personal and professional life. These values continue to shape how we care for others, support our teams, and show up for our communities every day. As we celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month, we’d love to hear from you: What’s a piece of cultural wisdom or tradition that influences how you approach your work or care for others?

What happens when physicians are given the space to pause, reflect, and breathe again? Last year’s Wellness Retreat reminded attendees what it feels like to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and return home with renewed energy and clarity. Through physician-led sessions focused on leadership, longevity, and performance, clinicians left feeling more focused, more grounded, and better equipped to sustain both their work and their lives outside of medicine. This is your chance to reset how you move through your career. Register today. 📍November 12–15 | Loews Coronado Bay Resort, Coronado, CA ❗️Limited spots ❗️Early bird pricing through June 5 https://lnkd.in/giVKjnVw #wellnessretreat #physicianwellbeing #wellnessweekend #wellnesslife

Today, 68% of hospitals and 77% of hospital beds are part of health systems, and nearly half of physicians are employed by them. But scale alone isn’t translating to better care. In fact, 77% of hospitals studied saw no improvement in quality after consolidation. At Vituity, we see it firsthand: growth that doesn’t address fragmented care often leads to higher costs, strained teams, and a poor patient experience. If expansion isn’t improving access, outcomes, and experience, it’s not adding value. The goal shouldn't be to get bigger. It should be to get better. Read the full perspective from Vituity's President, Theo Koury, MD. 👇 #healthsystems #patientfocused #valuebasedcare #sustainablegrowth
Bigger isn’t always better in healthcare. Health system expansion is happening fast. But too often, it leads to more fragmented and expensive care, and harder to navigate. If growth adds complexity faster than it adds value… is it sustainable growth? In my latest article, I share what I’m seeing across health systems—and how leaders can rethink expansion to improve care. #futureofhealth #healthsystemgrowth #Vituity
