The Madison and Reedsburg teams took the show on the road! 🚌✨ From the newly completed Dellshire Resort to some of the finished and up-and-coming housing developments, we spent the day touring project sites to see how our latest designs are holding up in the real world. While it was a blast to get out and catch up as a team, the real highlight was seeing the impact our work has on the community. From complex infrastructure to new developments, seeing the "finished product" is the ultimate reminder of why we do what we do. High-fives, fresh air, and a lot of pride in the projects we’re building across Wisconsin! 🙌

Celebrating the Grand Opening of Dellshire Resort 🏰✨ From the first survey stake to the final scales on Golspar, it’s been an incredible journey bringing the Dellshire Resort to life! We were honored to join our partners and the Wisconsin Dells community to celebrate the official grand opening of this one-of-a-kind destination ✂️🎉. Located on the former grounds of Fort Dells, the resort features 208 rooms and an immersive "Medieval-meets-Midwest" theme. Notable highlights include Serpent’s Bay waterpark courtyard and the impressive 70-foot fire-breathing dragon, Golspar 🐉. Vierbicher is proud to have provided full survey and stormwater services, ensuring the groundwork for this legendary project was as solid as the castle walls. A huge congratulations to our amazing project partners Steve Uphoff, Kraemer Brothers, R.G. Huston Company, Inc., Architectural Design Consultants, Inc., and Pyramid Global Hospitality on a successful launch!

What an incredible day at the 2026 Kids Building Wisconsin event! 🏗️✨ We were blown away by the energy and curiosity of the over 12,000 attendees who came out to explore the world of construction and engineering. At the Vierbicher booth, our Model Town building sets were a huge hit! 🏢📐 It was a joy to watch future engineers and surveyors design and build their own community layouts and discover how engineering transforms a simple idea into a thriving neighborhood. 🏠 A massive thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and all the families who stopped by to build with us. Our own Amy (Williamson) Powers co-hosted Swing into Summer: Fore the Ladies alongside Jennifer Kratochwill of Supreme Structures - an exclusive networking event designed to help women connect, play, and empower one another in the Madison area. The turnout was incredible, the energy even better. Building meaningful relationships in our community is at the heart of what we do. This event offers a great chance for kids to explore construction and skilled trades through engaging, hands-on activities. Investing in our leaders means investing in our entire organization. Our management team recently gathered in Milwaukee, WI, for our bi-annual retreat, where we had the privilege of learning from Jan Lehman, CSP of CTC Productivity. Jan shared expert guidance on best practices in efficiency, productivity, and communication, equipping our managers with tools they can put to work immediately. Beyond the learning, it was invaluable to carve out dedicated time for our managers to connect, collaborate, and recharge together. Great things happen when great people are in the same room. Celebrating the Grand Opening of Mill on Main ✂️🎉 Congratulations to  T. Wall Enterprises Mgt, LLC.  on the Grand Opening of Phase 1 of the Mill on Main in Oshkosh, WI! We are proud to be a part of the Mill on Main project, located in the Historic Sawdust District along the Fox River. This mixed-use development brings 114 new residential units as well as vibrant retail, restaurant, and outdoor amenity spaces to the community🏢. Vierbicher provided civil engineering and surveying services to support the transformation of this underutilized waterfront site into a premier destination. It was a pleasure to work alongside a great team to help bring this vision to life with T. Wall Enterprises Mgt, LLC., JLA Architects, and Stevens Construction Corp. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering, Kevin brings a solid foundation in engineering design and project delivery. Having served in key roles as both a Project Engineer and a Civil Engineer, he offers a wealth of technical expertise and a proven track record of managing complex civil and environmental projects. 📐 Outside of the office, Kevin stays active by spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors. He is also a passionate musician who enjoys playing the guitar and values quality time spent with his family. 🎸 We’re thrilled to have Kevin on the team and look forward to the technical depth, energy, and collaborative spirit he brings to our Milwaukee projects!
