We’re proud to announce Summer Waters as Executive Vice President of Property Management at VEST Residential.   As Executive Vice President of Property Management, Summer brings more than 20 years of multifamily experience leading operations, building high-performing teams, and driving portfolio performance.   Known for her hands-on, people-first leadership style, she is focused on operational excellence, strong client partnerships, and cultivating teams that consistently deliver results. Summer has a proven ability to align people around a clear vision while driving performance across complex real estate platforms.   Prior to joining VEST, she spent nearly a decade with Greystar, most recently serving as Director of Real Estate, supporting portfolio growth across both investment and development assets.

Big energy today at Attain at Chic’s Beach! Our corporate team and on‑site leaders came together with the talented crew at New Media to film fresh video content for our newest Virginia Beach community. From capturing the coastal lifestyle to showcasing the heart of the property, the team brought their A‑game. Excited to share what’s coming next and proud of the collaboration that made this shoot such a success. Stay tuned for the final video reveal!

Our Charlotte team brought the energy at the Entryway NC Topgolf Fundraiser last night, and we were proud to be a sponsor of this incredible event. Beyond the friendly competition, the real win was helping raise ~$175K to support Entryway’s mission. Entryway is a nonprofit that connects individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness with career training, job placement, and housing opportunities—creating long‑term stability through meaningful employment in the multifamily industry. Grateful for a team that shows up with purpose and for partners who make real change possible.
