Vermont Mutual was thrilled to participate in the 43rd Vermont Corporate Cup Challenge and State Agency Race in Montpelier! This yearly 5 kilometer team running/walking event is open to businesses, government and non-profit organizations in Vermont. Proceeds benefit the many programs and events of the Vermont Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.

Vermont Mutual was at last night's UVM Athletics Men's Basketball game to present a check to our 2025 Cats Win, Community Wins charitable recipient, LUND, a statewide non-profit that strengthens Vermont families. Throughout 2025 UVM totaled 117 wins across all sports and under the program, Vermont Mutual commits a $100 donation for every win. That adds up to a donation of $11,700 for Lund! Since its inception in 2017, Vermont Mutual has donated more than $126,000 to local non-profits through the Cats Win, Community Wins Campaign. That brings the total amount donated through the Vermont Mutual Charitable Giving Program to $6.4M to local, non-profit charitable organizations that serve our communities. Go Cats!

The Holiday Season is upon us and everyone at Vermont Mutual is celebrating the spirit of giving. This season we placed an extra special focus on families and children in need, and thanks in part to Vermont Mutual triple-matching employee donations, more than $85k was donated specifically to address food insecurity in our communities. In addition, Vermont Mutual was pleased to partner with Green Mountain United Way to help provide new toys to area foster kids. As well, our Annual Food Drive helped to collect and deliver more than 2,000 food items to local food shelves. As 2025 wraps up, we are happy to report that over the course of the year more than $1M has been donated to non-profit charitable organizations that serve our communities.
