Congratulations to the entire team behind 388 Cambridge on achieving LEED v4 BD+C Platinum certification. Verdical Group was proud to support the project with sustainability consulting services including LEED and Fitwel project management, commissioning, energy modeling, life cycle assessment (LCA), and ZNE feasibility analysis. This all-electric mixed-use project was designed to significantly reduce energy demand through strategies such as rooftop solar, advanced HVAC systems, high-performance envelope design, and water-efficient fixtures, helping position the project toward its ambitious net zero energy goals.
