We are proud to partner with Students Run Philly Style, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people through the power of mentorship and running. Home Office employees volunteered to help the SRPS runners customize their sneakers with laces and beads and decorate their race shirts with decals ahead of them participating in the Philadelphia Broad Street Run. The SRPS students came back to run along our river-front campus with employees as a final training session ahead of the race. Last weekend, over 1,000 SRPS runners completed the Broad Street Run, a fantastic accomplishment! Congratulations to all the runners; we are so proud to be a part of your journey! On April 24, over 250 URBN volunteers joined ACHIEVEability for their third annual Impact Day in West Philadelphia. As the presenting sponsor, URBN contributed financially, provided supplies, and enlisted skilled labor partners. Working alongside over 400 other volunteers, URBN volunteers spent the day painting over 60 porches, building and filling 100 flower planters, beautifying 13 city blocks and creating fabric scrap wreaths for residents. Impact Day is part of ACHIEVEability’s effort to break the cycle of poverty for West Philadelphia families through education, affordable housing, supportive services, community and economic development. Throughout Women's History Month, we have been collecting donations to make Care Kits for our nonprofit partner, The Wardrobe. Last week, our Home Office employees gathered to pack over 160 Care Kits, all complete with items such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, SPF, menstruation products, and more. Happy Women's History Month!

Our store teams are our most passionate brand ambassadors and such important members of our community. We love connecting with the people who make each market great, and we did exactly that at our recent Field Networking Event in Nashville. From discussing upcoming store openings to mapping out future career paths, the energy in the room was truly unmatched. Big thanks to Darren Gann, Amy Bongalis, Allison Willey, Cory Ewoldsen, and our local leaders for the support, and to everyone who joined us!

Reintroducing our European Head Office! Located on London’s iconic Brick Lane, our office is the creative hub for our teams across Europe. A collaborative space that’s home to Urban Outfitters Europe, Anthropologie Europe, and Free People, it also houses our corporate operations teams, who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes across all our brands. Being based in the Old Truman Brewery, we’re right in the thick of the art, food, and culture of East London. Expect exposed brick, lots of greenery, and plenty of cute dogs (yes, we’re also a dog-friendly office!)
