  • Excited to share continued progress on the Primrose Roseville project with CASCO Architecture & Engineering and Primrose Schools. This 13,587 SF early education facility is taking shape on a 1.8-acre site and features a single-story wood-framed design with board-and-batten detailing, a signature cupola and weather vane, and secure outdoor play areas wrapping three sides of the building. Grateful to be part of the coordination and development efforts helping bring this project to life. #Architecture #Construction #EducationDesign #ProjectDevelopment #PrimroseSchools #CommercialConstruction

There are still a few spots available for our upcoming golf tournament supporting FrontSight Military Outreach and our veterans. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, we’d truly love to have you out there. This is going to be a great day with great people, but more importantly, it supports an organization doing real work for veterans and their families. Whether you come out to golf, sponsor a hole, bring a foursome, or simply help spread the word, your support genuinely matters. I posted earlier about why this cause means so much to me personally, and I’m incredibly proud that Uprite Construction is helping support such an important mission. Hope to see you out there.

I want to share something with you that is important to me, both personally and professionally. About ten years ago, I met a man named Octavio Sanchez. Octavio is a Marine Staff Sergeant who was severely injured while serving in Iraq in 2005. His story is one that has stayed with me ever since. What he went through, what he lost, and more importantly, what he chose to do afterward. I have followed his work over the years with FrontSight Military Outreach, and I have been consistently amazed by his dedication and selflessness in helping his fellow veterans. After being critically injured in combat and enduring a long and difficult recovery, Octavio made the decision to turn outward and help others facing similar battles. That decision is what led to the creation of FrontSight Military Outreach. What he built is simple in concept, but incredibly powerful in execution. It is a place where veterans can reconnect, rebuild trust, and find a sense of purpose alongside people who understand what they have been through. And the reality is, that kind of work is needed now more than ever. In 2023, 6,398 veterans died by suicide in the United States. That is about 17 veterans every single day. Say that part out loud... 17 veterans take their own lives, every single day. The rate continues to rise, even as the overall veteran population declines. More than 60 percent of those veterans had no contact with the VA in the year prior to their death. Younger veterans, especially those transitioning out of the military, are at the highest risk. That is the part that is hard to ignore. A majority of these men and women are not being reached by traditional systems. They are falling through the cracks. That is exactly where organizations like FrontSight step in. They are not waiting for veterans to find help. They are creating a community that brings them in. Real relationships. Real accountability. A place where veterans can show up, be understood, and start to rebuild. That kind of environment is what actually changes outcomes. Uprite Construction is so proud to be partnering with FrontSight to support their mission through an upcoming charity golf tournament, and I would like to personally invite you to be a part of it. https://lnkd.in/gsQb2Euj We are looking for sponsors who want to support a meaningful cause, teams and individuals to join us on the course, and partners who want to show up and be part of something that matters. This is not just another event. It is an opportunity to directly support an organization that is reaching veterans who might otherwise never get the help they need. I have been genuinely inspired by what Octavio has built and the way he continues to show up for others. It is hard not to respect it. If you are open to participating, sponsoring, or just learning more, I would welcome the conversation. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I hope we will see you out there.

  • And that’s a wrap on Construction Safety Week 👷♂️🚧 This week was a great reminder that safety isn’t just part of the job — it’s how we take care of each other. The theme, “All In Together,” really reflects what it takes to keep our teams safe every day on every jobsite. At Uprite Construction, we stand by one simple message: “Safety First — because accidents last.” Big shoutout to our crews and team members for always making safety a priority, looking out for one another, and showing what a strong safety culture looks like in action. Let’s keep that energy going long after this week ends. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #AllInTogether #SafetyFirst #UpriteConstruction #ConstructionLife #JobsiteSafety

  • As we wrap up Safety Week, we’re reminded that safety isn’t just a priority — it’s a commitment we make to each other every single day. This year’s theme, “All In Together,” perfectly reflects the culture we continue to build at Uprite: one where every team member looks out for one another, on and off the jobsite. As our COO, Jeremy Coriale, shared this week, true safety starts with accountability, communication, and teamwork at every level. A huge shoutout to our incredible Safety Team for their leadership, dedication, and ongoing efforts to keep our teams informed, prepared, and protected. And thank you to our onsite crews who put these practices into action every day — your commitment is what makes our jobsites safer for everyone. #SafetyWeek #AllInTogether #SafetyFirst #ConstructionSafety #Teamwork #Uprite

  • Safety Week Day 4 | Sacramento Cold Storage 🏗️ Focusing on what matters most — sending everyone home safe at the end of the day. Today’s Safety Stand Down gave our team the opportunity to slow down, have important conversations, and reinforce the standards that keep our jobsites safe and productive. Proud of the continued commitment from everyone on site to make safety part of the culture, not just the checklist. #SafetyWeek #SafetyCulture #SafetyStandDown #ConstructionLife #RanchoCordova #TeamSafety #SafetyFirst
