What an experience at the inaugural Delta Alliance Blue Angels air show event! A huge thank you to Josh P. Weszka, CFP®, AIF®, CPFA and Vision Wealth Partners for bringing this together at the Naval Academy—an incredible (and loud) setting to see the Blue Angels up close and personal. From the precision of the pilots to the teamwork behind every movement in the sky, it was a powerful reminder of what coordination and excellence look like in action. Big, loud, fast, and dialed in—what’s not to like?! A great time with the team and even better company all around.

Armed Forces Day wasn’t always one unified day. It was created in 1949 following the formation of the Department of Defense, bringing together the Army, Navy, and Air Force into one coordinated force. The first celebration in 1950 was described as a “parade of preparedness”—a reflection of readiness, unity, and the strength of a combined defense effort. That idea still holds today. From its first theme, “Teamed for Defense,” to how it’s recognized across communities and installations around the world, Armed Forces Day has always been about one thing: coming together in support of those who serve. This was a very powerful and meaningful week for all of us. Having the opportunity to be part of the new Howard County Veterans and Military Families Monument ribbon cutting was a meaningful project for all of us. Seeing the community brought together to recognize veterans, those currently serving, and the families who stand behind them was a strong reminder of the deep roots of service here in HoCo. The design, the symbolism, and the purpose behind it all reflect a deep respect for that service. I’m proud that BTS is involved in something that will provide a place for remembrance and recognition for years to come.
BTS has officially achieved CMMC Level 2 C3PAO certification. This is an important milestone for our team and a direct reflection of the discipline, focus, and commitment required to meet the highest standards for protecting mission work. For our customers, it reinforces trust. For the mission, it ensures that the systems, data, and environments we support are protected at the level required in today’s threat landscape.
