Last week, our team came together for our annual kickoff meeting - a chance to reflect, align, and set the course for what’s next. We spent time celebrating our 2025 successes and digging into our strategy and goals as we move forward operating as Renu Inc. in 2026. Our leaders shared their vision for the year ahead, and the level of engagement and buy-in from the team around what winning looks like was truly energizing. I couldn’t be more proud of this group. The collaboration, clarity, and commitment in the room made it clear: we’re stronger and better than ever, and incredibly well positioned for what’s ahead. We capped it all off the right way - celebrating together over dinner at III Forks. The Unity Construction team had an exciting holiday celebration to close out the year! 🎄 We kicked off the day being welcomed into the Renu Inc. team - complete with some great new swag. The afternoon took us to Frisco RoughRiders stadium for a fun (and competitive) kickball game, followed by our Christmas party at PBR Live filled with celebration, awards, and raffles. What a great way to end the year with such an incredible team. We’re grateful to be a part of Renu and excited for the journey ahead.
