We’re proud to share that our Director of R&D, Zoe Kissam, has been elected to the Board of Trustees for the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA). Zoe has been part of Traditional Medicinals for nearly 20 years, beginning in 2006 as an herbal expert on our marketing team. From the start, she brought an herbalist’s perspective to innovation, helping bridge the gap between traditional plant knowledge and product development. Today, she leads our Research & Development team, continuing to guide our work with both scientific rigor and deep respect for herbal tradition. This appointment reflects her longstanding commitment to advancing responsible, values-aligned, and science-backed herbal practices across our industry. As part of the AHPA Board, she joins a group of leaders working to support the integrity, sustainability, and future of herbal products. For us, Natural Products Expo West is about more than showing up, it’s about staying connected. 🌿 Even without a booth this year, members of our team were there, meeting with retail partners face-to-face, attending industry events, and spending time with the farmers, formulators, and practitioners who shape this work.
