Proud to share that our team recently completed HAZWOPER training led by Doug Graham as part of a new client engagement involving the storage and handling of hazardous materials for local R&D operations. This is another important step in Tobin Scientific's continued evolution as we expand our capabilities and build more comprehensive solutions for the life science industry. Anyone familiar with my background knows I geek out over chemicals, so it’s exciting to see us continuing to grow in this space. A special thanks to Eri McMullen for organizing the training! It's hard to believe Doug first trained me almost 20 years ago, and now he’s helping prepare the next generation of our operations team. 🧪🛢️

Meet Brett DiBenedetto, Director of Material Management With 4 years at Tobin, Brett plays a key role in ensuring materials are managed with precision, consistency, and care. His approach to leadership stands out by balancing high expectations with genuine connection. Brett’s area of expertise lies in his ability to connect with teams on a personal level while maintaining a high standard of execution by driving performance without losing the human element, building trust across teams, and creating a culture of accountability and consistency Because the reality is, high standards don’t stick without the right leadership behind them. One of the most rewarding parts of his career? “Being in a position to coach teams, drive results, and watch them grow into higher roles is extremely fulfilling. I've had some great leaders throughout my career, so it’s nice to have the opportunity to pay it forward.” Outside of work, Brett’s focus is on family and staying active: Spending time with his wife, twin daughters, and their two dogs, traveling, skiing and snowboarding, and keeping up with any Boston sports team.
