Team,   Three years ago, today—March 4, 2023—I officially launched @TLA: a company built around a different way of doing business, one where employees come first. TLA is pleased to debut its 2026 WEBSITE MAKEOVER and give a Star Performer Shout Out to the key developer behind the modern new look, our own Seyit U. Seyit joined TLA in August 2025 and managed to get just a few weeks under his belt before the federal government budget impasse caused a shutdown and work stoppage. Without enough paid leave accrued to tide him over, Seyit turned the problem into an opportunity: he volunteered to refresh and modernize our website, and we were happy to pay him for his initiative and efforts! He applied the same expertise to our site redesign as he does with our clients’ challenges: he sought out practical solutions, sourced efficient new tools, and scripted flawless code to deliver what we needed.
