We're back with this week's Feature Friday, Ashleigh Pollitt, one of Thrivewell's Patient Communication Specialists!
"I’m a proud New Jersey native, born and raised, and a graduate of Rowan University, where I earned a dual degree in Psychology and Dance. No matter the role I’ve held throughout my career, I’ve always been driven by a passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact.
About five years ago, I found my place in healthcare while working in a Neurology office, where I became the go-to person for all things infusion and injection related. Through that experience, I gained extensive knowledge of neurological disorders and treatments, and quickly developed a strong interest in infusion therapy and the medications that support patients living with chronic conditions. During my time there, I became familiar with Thrivewell Infusion and was immediately drawn to the company’s mission and commitment to prioritizing patient-centered care.
Currently, I serve as a Patient Communication Specialist at Thrivewell Infusion. Although I am new to the role, I have truly enjoyed getting to know and work alongside such a supportive and compassionate team. What I love most so far is the opportunity to support our patients directly, build meaningful connections with them, and help ensure they receive the best care and experience possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in creative spaces, volunteering, and riding at the horse stables. I am currently pursuing my certification to become a Therapeutic Riding Instructor, with the long-term dream of owning a ranch or farm where individuals can heal through equine and animal-assisted therapy. I also have a passion for sewing and fashion, interior design, and creating warm, cozy spaces. Whether it’s cooking for family and friends, searching for the perfect candle, or decorating a home, I love activities that bring comfort and connection to others."
We are in awe of your passions, Ashleigh, and are excited to watch you succeed in all that you do!
