85% of clinical trials are delayed, costing drug developers and impacting time-to-patient. The data gap. misaligned numbers, delayed reports, insights that arrive days late, compounds challenges across the clinical trial lifecycle. And when drug development takes 10+ years and costs $2B+ per drug, every delay matters. Clinical trial teams have the data. They just need faster access to it—ideally, governed, validated, and ready in minutes, not days. That's exactly what Spotter, our agentic analyst, was built for. The transition from "looking at data" to "interacting with data" is officially here. Intuitive's Ajith (AJ) Rao and ThoughtSpot’s Laura McDonald will be at this year’s Snowflake Summit, diving into the technical infrastructure and strategic lessons learned from their shift to agent-based analytics—a move that replaces rigid dashboards with Spotter, our AI analyst, to deliver personalized insights they can interact with, not just look at. Join us on June 2 at 1:30 pm PT if you’re looking to reduce report prep time and drive real-time decisioning across your organization. Register here: https://lnkd.in/gnm7cr8X #SnowflakeSummit

Most analysts don't want to spend their afternoons rebuilding the same dashboard five times every quarter. Yet the cycle continues, one stakeholder wants a different filter, and another needs a different layout, and so on and so forth. SpotterViz, our visualization agent for instant dashboards, changes what dashboard work looks like for data teams. Type a question like, "show me sales trends across the company." SpotterViz interprets it, validates the metrics against governed definitions, selects the right chart types, structures the layout, and builds a complete, executive-ready dashboard. This is done because it's built on shared semantics and governed business logic from day one. The numbers in the dashboard are the same numbers everywhere else. Huel's Data Director, Bhavik Patel, put it best, “When you combine dashboarding with the ability to talk to that dashboard, you start to create a conversation. With AI, we can increase our output, because all we have to do is maintain an underlying dataset.” That's the shift with SpotterViz: building dashboards to having conversations with them.

Look familiar? This is what happens when your #analytics stack wasn't built for the people asking the questions. Business users learn to wait, and data teams learn to manage a queue. Somewhere in those two weeks, decisions are made anyway, usually without the data. Spotter, our AI analyst, offers a better way. One that doesn't involve submitting a ticket. Only 24% of data and analytics leaders are fully confident in the accuracy of their #genAI outputs. That number explains everything about why #agenticAI hasn't moved faster in enterprise #BI. And it's exactly what needs to change before it does. Our SVP of Product Management Bhargav Addala breaks down why the next era of BI is all about deterministic intelligence in Solutions Review. He explains the architecture that makes it possible comes down to one principle: "Multi-agent systems allow enterprises to separate probabilistic interpretation from deterministic computation. Together, agents can transform analytics from a passive reporting layer into an active partner where insights don’t end at visualization." Read the full piece: https://lnkd.in/e4ZMTDXb

ThoughtSpot showed up at the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit last week, and so did the conversations that matter. ➡️ Our very own Jane Smith joined Grant Thornton Ireland's Head of Global Product Graeme Caisley on stage to share how they built gtap, an AI-powered audit platform on ThoughtSpot, putting insight directly in the hands of 9,000 auditors across 16 countries. ➡️ ThoughtSpot also got a nod in two Gartner Analyst sessions. Lydia Ferguson and Daniel Cota walked data teams through how to build and ship data products that actually get adopted. Kevin R. Quinn’s session focused on why the next era of #BI looks nothing like the last one. Thank you to the #GartnerDA community for the conversations.

We ❤️ visualizations. So much so that we build our own enterprise grade charting engine ground up. Sophisticated chart types, pixel perfect control (with over 100 settings per chart) and an Agent that just does it all for you. With ThoughtSpot you get the worlds leading AI powered analytics and now incredible visualizations to let you (and your agent) create masterpieces
Imagine getting modern, AI-powered analytics without sacrificing the complex, sophisticated visuals from legacy software. For years, teams have been stuck in this frustrating "Visualization Paradox." They adopt modern analytics for speed. But the second a stakeholder requests a highly sophisticated cross-tabbed chart or a trellis chart, they switch back to legacy BI tools. Plus, building these complex charts is a 15-step nightmare in most legacy BI tools. Analysts have to spend hours creating formulas, dragging and dropping fields at multiple positions, and maneuvering multiple formatting menus to get a clean visualization. It drains your data team's time and energy. We’re closing that gap today. Say hello to ThoughtSpot’s new Muze-powered native charts ⚡️ We’ve added enterprise-grade visual horsepower directly into our native visualization engine. No more compromises between speed and power. What you can now build in just a few clicks: 1. Sophisticated Cross-Tabbed & Trellis Charts: Instantly compare complex attributes and measures without the clutter. 2. Pixel-Perfect Control: Deep, unparalleled customization across axes, data labels, and smart tooltips. See these charts in action: https://lnkd.in/g2xXsznW Business users get their insights at scale. Analysts get their time back. And honestly? We’re just getting started. This new visualization engine is the foundation for our upcoming Charting Agent - an AI companion that will allow analysts to generate these sophisticated, enterprise-ready visualizations literally at the speed of thought. The 15-step chart-building sequence is officially dead. At ThoughtSpot, visualizations are now built at the speed of thought 🧠 .

“Out-of-stock” isn’t always an inventory problem. When you receive insights too late, the shelf goes empty. That's a delayed data problem. Spotter, our AI analyst, gives retail teams Stock Keeping Unit-level granularity so you spot the trend before the shelf does. Not just category-level, not just store-level: the exact product, the exact location, and the exact moment the signal starts to shift. One customer achieved a 24% higher order fill-rate and gained $10M in sales from stock coverage with Spotter. See #Spotter for #retail in action: https://lnkd.in/gFdtW42x

Most agentic AI projects never make it to production, but Booking.com's did. They saw a 73% increase in partner satisfaction after deploying an AI agent that helps hotel partners respond to guest inquiries faster and more accurately. Booking.com's Director of Data and Machine Learning Platform Huy D. shared his playbook with ZDNET Mark Samuels for turning #agenticAI pilots into production services. A few things stood out from his approach: 👉 Identify real business problems. 👉 Keep humans in the loop. 👉 Build the platform around the use case. Their data stack, which includes ThoughtSpot for analytics alongside Snowflake, Astronomer, Immuta, and others, was built to serve real user needs. See the full playbook: https://lnkd.in/e-fJcVvj
