Solutions-based styles that get your Bra-blems Solved™
About us
Thirdlove is a female-founded lifestyle brand that offers elevated essentials, including bras, undies, loungewear, lingerie, and bra-sized swimwear, designed by women. Co-founders Heidi Zak and Ra’el Cohen set out to revolutionize the bra shopping experience, focusing on creating products that make customers look and feel amazing while addressing common problems. The resulting solution-driven designs get Bra-blems Solved™–with style. At Thirdlove, our teammates take ownership, are curious and adaptable, and constantly innovate with grit and focus. Our culture prioritizes individual goals and development so that every teammate can become the best version of themselves. We’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work® for five years in a row. In 2022, we opened retail stores nationwide, including one in San Francisco, our home city. In 2024, we expanded our reach to select Neiman Marcus locations and Amazon. We support the planet through recycling programs like the Take Back Bag and the community through partnerships with non-profits like the SF LGBT Center and I Support The Girls. With the help of such partners, Thirdlove is the largest donor of undergarments in the US, distributing over $50 million of products to those in need. To learn more, visit www.thirdlove.com.

Last week, we brought TempSync™ Active to life in Los Angeles with back-to-back events at BeKind Studios in West Hollywood. From reformer to rooftop, the feedback was clear: performance, comfort, and cooling technology that moves with you. Grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate this launch and to the be kind studios team for hosting such a beautiful experience. Community-driven product moments like this are exactly why we do what we do.

Amy Carr, CMO, Thirdlove highlights how ecommerce search is evolving beyond traditional SEO, with retailers needing to optimise for LLMs as shopper queries become longer and increasingly driven by AI recommendations. Your health matters. That's why we've partnered with Color to bring a new level of innovation to breast health, powered by Google Cloud. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/geW8URbm Early detection saves lives—and we’re proud to help make it easier for more women. 💗
Last October, we launched a partnership with Google Cloud to help women get screened for breast cancer. We’re continuing that work in 2026 and collaborating with Thirdlove, a company with a passion for driving equity in women’s health. Today, Thirdlove community members were invited to use the Color Assistant to help determine whether they’re due for screening and get appointments scheduled more quickly and easily. Breast cancer has a 99% survival rate, if you catch it early enough. Yet 20-30% of women are behind on their mammograms. If you’re due for a screening, we’re here to help, and so is Thirdlove. https://lnkd.in/ggjqh5mX

Our Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Thirdlove, Amy Carr, recently joined the the c-suite podcast and shared a candid take on where retail is headed: Every major retail brand will be AI-first by end of 2026-not because it’s trendy, but because there won’t be a choice. We can lean in strategically or scramble to catch up later. Three takeaways- 1. Get organized or get left behind. This isn’t about chasing every shiny AI tool. It’s about being intentional: setting clear goals, applying AI where it truly adds value, and protecting the human touch where it matters most. 2. Bots are coming for your shopping cart Voice assistants and autonomous agents won’t just recommend products-they’ll buy them. Our sites, data, and checkout flows need to work for AI shoppers, not just humans. 3. If AI doesn’t know you, customers won’t find you Before bots even start shopping, AI is already influencing discovery. If LLMs can’t understand or recommend your brand, you’re effectively invisible. One of our biggest takeaways: innovation works best when it starts with women’s real needs. From intimates to activewear, TempSync™ is built on smarter materials, better fit, and designing for bodies that change throughout the day—and across life stages. Thank you to Glossy for the feature and to our incredible team for continuing to push this forward. 🙌
Thirdlove is expanding its TempSync line into activewear after its menopause-focused bra generated $1 million in sales in six weeks. https://lnkd.in/eS34Csen In this piece by Zofia Zwieglinska, we speak to Heidi Zak.

Loved seeing Heidi Zak, our CEO and co-founder, on stage at San Francisco Fashion Fest. Moderated by Tony Bravo from the San Francisco Chronicle, the panel dove into fit, data, inclusivity, and sustainability - all grounded in real people and real impact 💪. She also shared great advice for fashion entrepreneurs on staying true to their mission as they scale. ✨ Such a fun conversation with fellow SF-founded brands! Gap Inc.

What does it really mean to build a brand for every body? For Thirdlove Co-Founder Heidi Zak, it means putting people first—inside and out. See what she has to say on improving the customer experience, and how improving the employee experience is just as important.
Over 10 years ago, I saw a gap in the market. And more importantly, I felt it. The bra shopping experience didn’t reflect real women, real bodies, or real needs. My mission was to build a better way for women to shop for bras. That’s what led me to start Thirdlove. Over time, my mission has grown. Now it’s also about building better systems for the people behind the brand. As a founder, I’ve learned that improving the customer experience means nothing if you’re not also improving the employee experience. That includes how we help our team feel secure, supported, and confident — in their work and in their future. I had the opportunity to be part of Betterment at Work’s campaign, sharing how we’ve reimagined benefits the same way we reimagined the bra shopping experience. By focusing on what people actually need. Paid client ad. Views may not be representative. See G2 reviews: https://lnkd.in/ghrhsE9y Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gddkWm8f
