Originally from Milan, Italy, Ella has an undergraduate degree in Communications from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria and recently earned her MBA in Data Analytics from Saint Louis University. She has worked in marketing for the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra as well as for Major League Soccer team St. Louis CITY SC. The Gund Company is happy to announce another great new addition to our team: Gretchen Paden is joining us as an Applications Engineer supporting the growing Motor market. Gretchen comes to TGC with solid experience gained as an applications engineer in the HVAC-R sector. She earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis/ Washington University in St. Louis joint engineering program. Gretchen enjoys spending time with her dogs, as well as volunteering with a local organization that trains assistance dogs and matches them with people with specific physical or emotional needs. She is an avid macro nature photography who also loves cooking, gardening and caring for rare houseplants. Please join us in welcoming Gretchen to the TGC team!

We're proud to announce that Ricardo Flores has joined the TGC team as our new Market Manager – Switchgear. Ricardo comes to TGC with 20 years of experience across the automotive, industrial and HVACR manufacturing sectors, where he held positions in engineering, operations, project management and market development. He attended Universidad Tecmilenio, where he earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a B.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering, and is also PMP certified through the Project Management Institute. Ricardo enjoys the outdoors – from hosting family BBQs to spending time on the golf course or soccer field – and is an avid music fan, working as a DJ since 1999.
