Senior Sports Transactional Attorney Opportunity. I’m working on a confidential search with a leading sports & entertainment platform looking to add a senior transactional attorney (6+ years’ experience) to its nationally recognised sports practice. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile sports industry deals, including sponsorships, naming rights, media rights, franchise transactions, venue agreements, licensing, merchandising, ticketing, and joint ventures. The client advises major leagues, teams, venues, brands, and media companies, offering exposure to premium, market-leading work and strong long-term growth potential. If you have genuine sports transactional experience, I'd love to connect. Feel free to message me here or send a copy of your resume to: freddie@tposearch.com #SportsLaw #SportsBusiness #EntertainmentLaw #TransactionalLaw #AttorneyJobs #LegalRecruitment #SportsIndustry #LawJobs

A very unique Real Estate Co-Chair/Partner opportunity in California. Reach out to Freddie Stroud for more info.
I’m currently working on a confidential Real Estate Co-Chair/Partner search in California that I thought was worth sharing. This is not a typical lateral opportunity. Following a recent leadership transition, the firm is open to bringing in a senior partner at a leadership level, including potential Co-Chair, for the right individual. From the conversations I’ve been having, this is resonating with partners who feel their growth is being limited by platform constraints rather than client demand. What makes this opportunity stand out: - The ability to genuinely shape and lead a practice, not just join one - A lower-conflicts environment, enabling partners to take on work they may currently be turning away - Greater flexibility on billing rates, supporting client growth and retention - A strong, established platform across real estate and hospitality to leverage from day one The firm is particularly interested in partners with a portable book of business and a strong background in real estate transactions, development, or financing. If this is relevant to you, or someone in your network, I’d be happy to have a confidential conversation. Feel free to message me on here or send a copy of your resume to freddie@tposearch.com or hit the link below to apply https://lnkd.in/e_3Vp7Dc

The 3–6 year stage is often where lawyers start thinking more strategically about their long-term trajectory. If you’re a 3rd–6th year associate exploring your options, feel free to reach out to me or the team. We work closely with lawyers across Corporate Finance, Real Estate, IP, Data Privacy, Litigation, and Labor & Employment Freddie Stroud Nicholas Sankarsingh Max Bridge. Always happy to have a confidential conversation.
The most important career window for lawyers is often the one nobody talks about: years 3–6. This is the stage where many associates quietly start asking themselves bigger questions: - Am I getting the right exposure? - Am I learning from the right partners? - Is this the place where I can realistically progress? It’s also the point where small career decisions start to compound. A few things I often tell lawyers in this stage: 1) Don’t wait for a bad situation to explore options The best career moves usually happen when you’re thinking proactively, not reactively. 2) Look closely at responsibility By the time you reach mid-level, the question becomes less about hours billed and more about what you’re actually trusted to do on matters. 3) Think about your trajectory, not just your next role The firm you choose now can shape the partners you learn from, the clients you work with, and the reputation you build. Many of the lawyers who make the strongest long-term moves are the ones who start thinking about these questions earlier than most. Curious to hear from others: What advice would you give a 4th or 5th year associate thinking about their next step? #LegalCareers #Lawyers #AssociateLife #CareerDevelopment
