  • 🌱 Growing Opportunity in Patoka 🌱 We’re proud to support Patoka High School as they build something new—literally from the ground up! With help from The Maschhoffs Impact, students in the agriculture construction class tore down an outdated greenhouse and replaced it with a modern space for hands-on learning. From pouring the concrete to building the structure, students played a key role every step of the way. The new greenhouse will provide expanded opportunities for ag classes and FFA members—helping students develop skills, explore careers, and grow their potential. This project is a great example of education, community, and agriculture coming together to make a lasting impact. 💚 #TMImpact #CommunityGrowth #FFA #AgEducation #StrongerCommunities

  • 🌎☀️ Earth Day in Action! ☀️🌎 Mrs. Khristine Bingham’s 4th grade class from Griggsville‑Perry celebrated Earth Day with a hands‑on learning experience at the solar field! The students had the opportunity to learn more about renewable energy and sustainability during a presentation led by Feed Mill Manager Bobby England. Thank you to everyone who helped make this field trip possible and for inspiring the next generation to learn more about how we care for our environment. 🌱⚡ #EarthDay #LearningInAction #CommunityConnections #FutureLeaders

  • 🌱 Celebrating Growth & Leadership at The Maschhoffs 🌱 We’re proud to spotlight our 4th Annual Targeted Development Program — a one-year journey designed to help a select group of leaders: ✨ Enhance self-development ✨ Build leadership skills ✨ Expand perspectives beyond the swine industry ✨ Connect with mentors and peers Today, we’re highlighting Danielle and her incredible journey. Danielle Solis, Communications Manager and nearly 13‑year team member, was selected as a participant this year. From Supply Chain to Communications, her journey mirrors the evolution of our people‑first culture. The program represents more than professional development—it’s a signal that we value the whole person, including growth, family, and personal passions. Danielle is grateful to work for a company that truly sees her, supports her development, and believes in her potential. That commitment is what makes The Maschhoffs a place where people can grow, belong, and thrive. #LeadershipDevelopment #TargetedDevelopment #PeopleFirst

  • 🌟 Maschhoffs Impact in Action 🌟 Through Maschhoffs Impact, we’re proud to support the Bridges Learning Center in Centralia, IL—a school serving students with significant disabilities from Marion, Washington, and Clinton Counties. After relocating from Wamac to downtown Centralia, Bridges gained larger classrooms, more natural light, and improved learning spaces. But one important piece was missing: a playground. For Bridges students, outdoor play is essential. Their new playground must be specially designed to meet physical, developmental, and medical needs—including safe, solid surfacing for students with Pica, where traditional materials simply aren’t an option. This project is about more than a playground. It’s about creating a safe, inclusive space where every student can play, grow, and thrive. We’re honored to support a school making such a meaningful impact in our communities. 💙

  • Last week, team members participated in Level 1 Electrical Thermography Training, gaining both foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in infrared thermography. The course focused on safely conducting thermographic inspections, accurately measuring temperatures, and producing clear, actionable reports for stakeholders. Infrared thermography is a powerful preventative maintenance tool—helping detect abnormal heat signatures and potential electrical hazards before they become serious issues. Early detection means improved facility safety, reduced risk of equipment failure, and minimized downtime. Great work advancing skills that keep our facilities safer and more reliable!
