Mental health wasn’t something Mark heard much about growing up. After losing a family member, it became deeply personal — and deeply important. For him, exercise has been a powerful way to support his mental well-being. What began as a coping tool during a difficult time became a lasting practice, helping him navigate both the highs and lows of life. Stories like Mark’s remind us that mental health journeys look different for everyone — and that prioritizing well-being matters. #MentalHealthMonday #WellBeingAtWork #EmployeeWellBeing #MentalHealthAwareness

CWC is celebrating its 118th birthday this weekend! CWC is the oldest company in Textron’s entire portfolio, with 118 years of history behind it. The Muskegon based foundry was acquired by Textron on April 19, 1956, during a period when Textron was expanding its industrial holdings. That acquisition marks the beginning of a 70 year relationship, making CWC Textron’s longest tenured company. Over the years, CWC has continued to evolve while maintaining its strong manufacturing roots. Its long-standing casting capabilities eventually led to its inclusion under the Kautex umbrella in 2003, further expanding the strength of the organization. As CWC celebrates 118 years in April and seven decades with Textron, it continues to represent a unique blend of heritage, resilience, and long-term partnership within the broader Textron family. #funfactfriday #kautextextron #cwc #118years #celebration #companycelebration
