We are looking for a SQL DBA for a local Overland Park company. This is a direct hire position and has a growth path to leading a data team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a SQL DBA and is strong with SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing. We are looking for someone who has experience leading or mentoring a technical team. The role starts onsite 5 days per week and then goes hybrid increasing to 3-4 days per week from home.
