Good illustration doesn't just decorate a brand. It gives it a world to live in. This series was part of a larger visual system we built for SafePal's brand universe. Crypto, coins, deep space, and an ape with good taste. The brief was ambitious. The illustration had to feel energetic and optimistic without defaulting to the same tired Web3 aesthetic everyone else was using. So we leaned into bold color, clean line work, and characters with actual personality. Isometric compositions. Controlled palette. Every element placed with intent. When business leaders frame AI as something that replaces people, they end up with something that... replaces people. Lower quality output. A team that resists the tool. Hours of cleanup nobody planned for. We see it differently. AI isn't going anywhere, but neither are we. AI is a tool, just like any other. In the right hands, it makes what we already do sharper. For us, that means pulling notes from sales calls, kickoffs, Slack threads, Figma comments, and review sessions into one place so the team is always working from the same playbook. More connected. More precise. The real work still happens where it always has. In the conversations, the debates, and the feedback that shape the final result. That part is unapologetically Heyo. We built Eventrise because we felt the problem firsthand. Our team was running events and the tools were broken. Not technically broken. Broken in the way that only someone actually using them every day would notice. That gave us something rare: a user case study in our back pocket before we wrote a single line of code. It changed how we think about every product project since. If we're building something for an industry we haven't lived in, the first thing we do now is find someone who has. Not as a beta tester after we've built it. As a collaborator before we've designed a thing. The old approach: Build something, show it to a user, ask "is this what you're looking for?" The new approach: Sit with the user first, understand the friction they feel every day, and design from that. Sounds obvious. But most product teams still build first and validate second. We stopped doing that because we experienced the difference ourselves.

Most agencies hand out branded hoodies and call it culture. Every year, we take a swing at a new merch set for the team. This year it made sense to lean into the human element: a nod to the real people behind everything we build and ship. The badge says what we try to show in the work. Crafted with purpose, built to last. From pixels to fabric.

This is what a brand mark is supposed to do, tell the whole story before you read a word. Concierge came to us needing a brand and a product. Not just a logo and some screens, but a system that actually meant something. The mark says it all. A bowtie that functions as a funnel, pulling in overwhelming amounts of data, filtering it down, and delivering something curated and precise on the other side. Infinite input. Intentional output. Humans still at the center. Refined, robust, ready to serve. That's the product logic baked into the identity. When brand and product are built by the same team, that's what you get. #brandidentity #logodesign #productdesign #brandstrategy #agencylife

The kind of momentum every startup wants: Concierge.ai was building fast. New features, new pages, new flows. The challenge wasn't speed. It was making sure the experience stayed cohesive while everything kept moving. We partnered with their team across brand, product, and web. Refined the UX. Built out the full site with layered animation and motion design. Then handed them something just as valuable as the designs themselves: a complete design system. Page templates, spacing variables, form fields, components. Everything they needed to keep building and keep it feeling like one product. When a team is moving that fast, the best thing we can do is not just delivering great work. It's giving them the tools to carry that quality forward on their own. Brand. Product. Web. Animation. One team, start to finish.
